    Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

    • Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets. Season them with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper for a bold Louisiana-style flavor.

    Step 2: Coat the Chicken

    • Dip each chicken piece in flour, then beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs to create a crispy outer layer.

    Step 3: Fry the Chicken
