Ingredients
  

For Chicken burger patties

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 or 3/4 cup bread crumbs use gluten free if needed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cups minced yellow onion
  • 3  garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp coarse sea salt to taste or plain salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper

For Sauce

  • 1/2 cup  mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • salt
  • black pepper

For Topping(can select As your choice)

  • Brioche buns
  • lettuce
  • red onion
  • tomatoes
  • sliced cheese
  • avocado
  • pickles

Instructions
 

Make the Chicken Patties

  • Put all ingredients mentioned above for Chicken burger patties in a large mixing bowl and mix it all together until thoroughly combined.
  • Cover your work area with parchment paper and use your hands to mold the chicken mixture into firm and uniform patties.

Pan-Frying Chicken Patties Until Golden and Juicy

  • Cook the patties in a warm pan with a little oil until they turn golden brown on the outside and remain juicy and tender on the inside.

Grilling Chicken Patties to Perfection

  • For a juicy and well-cooked chicken burger, using a grill basket or grill-safe tray can help keep the patties from sticking or breaking apart. Lightly grease the basket and brush or spray both sides of the chicken patties with a little cooking oil.
  • Prepare your grill with a hot side and a cooler side and make sure the grates are clean before cooking. Place the patties on the hot section of the grill, close the lid, and cook for about 5–6 minutes per side.

To prepare a gluten-free chicken burger, replace regular breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs and choose your preferred gluten-free burger buns or bread.

Chicken patties can also be cooked in an air fryer. Place them in a single layer without overcrowding the basket. Cook at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking. Depending on your air fryer size, you can cook around 2–4 patties at a time.
