  • 1. medium sized 220 Gm of tuna in spring water
  • 2. finely chopped spinach 1 cup
  • 3. crushed onion
  • 4. garlic
  • 5. ginger
  • 6. green chilly
  • 7. grated coconut crushed with a pinch of cumin and turmeric powder
  • 8. chilly flakes or powder optional


1. Drain the tuna chunks flakes of water and set it aside

2. In a frying pan splutter mustard and saut crushed onion ginger garlic green chilly with curry leaves

3. When done add the drained tuna chunks and mix well

4. After a few minutes add the finely chopped spinach

5. When it is wilted add the crushed coconut and keep stirring on high flame

6. When almost dry remove from flame
